BAD TEACHER (Kasdan, 2011) - What can I say: BF has a deadline on Friday and worked all through the weekend, so when he finally stopped at 10 p.m. on Sunday, he got to pick a movie. He regretted it - he almost always does with comedies, as most modern comedies rely on the second-hand embarrassment tactic that he hates to much - but as a diversion, it’s ok. Diaz throws herself into the part, there’s some fun to be had with the supporting cast (Timberlake is amusingly cast against type), and the lack of an uplifting moral is rather refreshing - sure, Diaz’ character realizes money isn’t all, but she doesn’t ever surrender her crudeness, just her wish for bigger tits.
