PINA (Wenders, 2011) - I went to see PINA again mostly to do my mother a favor, but I ended up enjoying it no less even the second time around. I just let myself enjoy the dancing, struck this time mostly by the diversity of the dancers - almost a dozen languages are spoken in the film - and the mix of emotion they expressed, with tender movements but also violent struggle. I think my favorite moment is probably when a gorgeous dance in a glass house ends because the dancers run outside, but there are many small moments of beauty to be found.
